  • MVP build roadmap
  • Stack recommendations document
  • Risk and cost assessment

##who

Concrete situations where I can really help.

// WHO-1
Middle → Senior
Stuck at middle 2+ years, not sure what's blocking your growth. I'll help you see your level from the outside and figure out what to sharpen.
// WHO-2
Senior → Architect
Want to move into architecture but don't know how. I'll help you build the track and highlight where your systems thinking has gaps.
// WHO-3
Tech Lead for the first time
You just became a tech lead and don't know how to grow people or make architectural calls. Sharing what 6 years of leadership taught me.
// WHO-4
Founder without a CTO
Got an idea and a couple of prototypes but need a senior engineer's eye: can it actually be built, what does it cost, what are the risks.
// WHO-5
CTO of a small company
Everything's on you, no one to bounce ideas off. You need a senior+ who'll look at your architecture and tell you what to redo.
// WHO-6
Preparing for a senior+ interview
Going for a big-company senior/architect role. I'll help with prep: architecture questions, system design, working on your weak spots.

##process

Simple process. No surprises.

// 01
Drop me a message on Telegram
Briefly: what the task is, which format you're interested in, a convenient time for a call.
// 02
A free 20-minute call
We meet, we talk it through. If we agree we're not a fit, I'll say so honestly. No pressure.
// 03
Kick-off
Payment, contract (for entities), we agree on the session schedule and the async channel.
// 04
Regular work
Sessions on schedule, async in between. After each session — a short list of action items.

// Not a fit, if you
  • Want a "magic pill" without doing work between sessions
  • Want me to write the code for you instead of teaching you to think
  • Aren't ready to carve out 2–4 hours a week for independent work
  • Want a "get into IT in 3 months" course — that's not me
  • Aren't ready to hear criticism of your decisions
  • Want mentorship on frontend / mobile / design
##faq

Can you really mentor if you're not employed right now?
I've been working as a self-employed senior since 2026. Before that — 8 years in employment, the last 4 as a senior in highload teams (EMPAY, Marfatech, GEGI). Before that — 6 years leading departments and groups of companies. My expertise is not "I read about it yesterday" — it's "I've been doing it for 20 years."
Is mentorship in English possible?
Yes, English C1. Sessions — in Russian or English, whichever you prefer. Async too.
What if I only need a one-off, not an ongoing engagement?
Then the "Technical review" format fits you — 1 session + a written report. Or "Product analysis" if you need help with the MVP / idea.
How does payment work?
For individuals — bank transfer. For entities — contract and invoice. All documents are official.
How many mentees do you take at once?
No more than 5 at a time. Quality over quantity. Currently taking 1–2, slots are open.
What if after the first month I realise it's not a fit?
I refund the unused sessions. Money isn't the point — what matters is that it works.
